Read the line. Keep the boundary.

  1. Each metric retains its published unit and is never added to another series.
  2. Guest counts are stays reported in the aggregate-not necessarily distinct people or international tourists.
  3. Occupancy is delivered as a source fraction and displayed as percent: SOURCE FRACTION × 100. The underlying value is not silently relabelled.
  4. Year-to-year movement is descriptive. It does not establish policy impact, demand drivers, economic contribution or causality.
